Project:  Ergonomic Woodshop Workstation Design

Project Description:

Tom Kapelewski, General Manager of Decorator Industries has requested Designing Women & Paul to analyze the covering woodshop workstation. It is believed by the company that the covering woodshop workstation is a bottleneck. Currently, there are 50 workstations in the covering area. Of the 50 workstations, 30 are used on first shift and 14 are used on second shift. The process involves cutting the fabric with shears, aligning it to the wood piece and fastening it with a staple gun.
