Machine Dynamics (Dr. Eric Marsh, Pictured to the left)

"The Machine Dynamics Research Lab works with both industrial and US government labs to advance the limit of precision machine performance. The MDRL seeks to enhance performance by investigating and solving problems relating to the dynamics of machine structures."

(Dr. Kon-Well Wang)

Research at the Structural Dynamics and Controls Laboratory (SDCL) is aimed to develop a "better understanding of the dynamic characteristics of mechanical structures, and to create novel analysis, design, and control methodologies for achieving better system performance." Pictures to right show some on-going projects in the SDCL. To find out more about the SDCL research activities please visit http://www2.mne.psu.edu/SDCL/
