Microcredential Workshop: Career Management for Engineers

Career Management for Engineers involves the ongoing assessment of personal strengths and interests as well as an understanding of career opportunities. It includes identifying potential paths; personal & professional networking; and awareness of your personality and interests.

How will this impact me?

Too often new employees assume their career is in the hands of their manager. While others can advise you and help you on your path, career planning and management is something ultimately only you can really do.  It’s something you will be responsible throughout your professional life, and it is something that begins NOW, while you are still a student!
